Snapdeal will be launching more than 120 fashion brands on its platform, as a part of the company’s fashion portfolio expansion.
The company has partnered with United Colors of Benetton, Puma, Nautica, U.S Polo Association and Steve Madden & other fashion brands with a focus on building its fashion vertical to a large extent.
Fashion contributes to 40% of company’s sales volumes with more than 50% year-on-year growth.
Branded sports footwear are the key beneficiaries with 75% contribution year-on-year, followed by women’s clothing with more than 60%.
With this, Snapdeal aims to become the one stop shop for every fashion trend and style needs.
