The purchase of new automobiles usually peaks during Gudi Padwa, Akshaya Tritiya, Dussehra & Diwali, which are considered auspicious days.

The vehicle registration almost doubles during Gudi Padwa & Dussehra.

800 cars & 2000 bikes were registered in Mumbai last week, which otherwise on normal days are around 100 cars & 240 bikes daily.
