With Assured Hotels the company plans to categorise and certify certain hotels based on parameters such as quality of reviews and service & thereby addressing the customer concerns while booking hotels online.
Assured Hotels is a MakeMyTrip promise of an amazing stay experience, with awesome rooms, great service with a 24/7 hotline for resolving customer’s problem if any in 60 minutes or else, the stay will be free.
